Ok ka ba Tiyan
I love Yakult. Especially cold ones.
If you’re not familiar with the term (what world did you come from then?), Yakult is "a Japanese probiotic yogurt-like product made by fermenting a mixture of skimmed milk and sugar with a special strain of the bacteria Lactobacillus casei."
(from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakult >:D)
It ‘promotes digestion’ and ‘long life’. (from fat guy from the commercial)
Well, whatever. It just tastes great to me.
My questions are. Why the hell is the serving so small?
Even the imitation Chamyto (or whatever they call it) is next to zilch.
Is there a recommended dosage of Lactobacilli? Will there be repercussions if I drink more than one bottle?
Don’t you think being aware that you ARE drinking bacteria (even if they’re good ones) dampen some your appetite?
And being lactose-intolerant that I am, why doesn’t my innards do somersaults when I drink one? O_O
